System Analyst (Hybrid Work)

Responsibilities:
Analyze and design system components based on business and customer requirements, including technical specifications, API documentation, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts.
Develop and implement testing and monitoring frameworks to ensure system performance and reliability.
Design user interfaces that effectively communicate system functionality to stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Collect, review, and categorize feedback and issues from users; resolve immediate problems and coordinate long-term solution planning.
Coordinate with project managers on planning, resource allocation, and timelines.
Perform quality reviews and testing to ensure systems meet business expectations.
Coordinate with external vendors to clarify requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and support product testing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in software development, business analysis, system analysis, or a related area.
Proficiency in Thai and English at a communicable level is acceptable.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and current technology landscape.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
It’s Great if you:
Experience in the retail industry, particularly in either online e-commerce platforms or offline store operations.
Previous experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
Background in software development.
Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain processes, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and fulfillment workflows.
